Still alive and living! Got rid of some rubbish, blah blah blah. Now I'm with a man, not a boy. Got to love the difference there, to be honest. That might be construed incorrectly soooo I was with a 22 year old boy now it's a 25 year old man. Kay! Bad things averted. More changes on the way but they're happy things. Now we're just dealing with a slum lord that's asking us to do things that seem kind of strange and sneaky that's going to cost us more money than necessary. Like, I'm already poor and you're going to want me to be charged excessively because you don't want to pay your bills? Or pay for the hydro company to come in and do an inspection? You seriously expect that I'm not going to question these practices of yours? Oh no, I will not stand idly by and do nothing. Don't want to give me rent receipts for money I've paid you? Then you don't get the security of having said rent paid directly to you! Screw that noise! I'm getting annoyed, so I'm going to not follow that thought any more. >.<

As for poetry, I don't know. My creativity seems to be fueling my dreams lately instead of my pen so I may have to wait for inspiration. Junked that story I was working on for two, three years because some dumbass had to force his opinions on my story so it started to head in a direction I didn't want it to go in (ie, no where) so I killed it! Now I'll just try my hand at short stories until some wonderful idea smashes me.

Oh, yeah, happy Easter or whatever. These holidays all seem to be the same so I lose track. Next is what, Hallowe'en? No, Canada Day? Whatever. Happy religious/spiritual/frivolous holiday of your choosing! Yay!

Good to see you're still kickin' around. Too bad about the landlord. But hey, positive stuff on the relationship front.

Oryx and Crake! Ah, that was a good one. I hope you're enjoying it. There's a "spiritual sequel" she's written to it. I haven't checked it out yet, but after the first book, I'm definitely interested in reading more.
